"I love TFP because it’s a space where you can be yourself and be cheered on by others to reach your goals, whatever they may be. The atmosphere is always fun, people are kind, the coaches are very experienced and always on hand to give some advice or guidance. We’ve done team challenges which have been a good laugh and given us something to focus on and help build friendships with others, plus you can’t forget the nights out and adventures. TFP is more than just a gym, it’s a community which thrives on supporting each other to be your best self, and those are things that money can’t buy!"

Sarah loves a challenge, actually Sarah likes them so much she has lay flat on an iron board, she has done the macarena in the middle of a round about and has been on the winning team in the last 2 competitions we have ran.

" I love TFP because it has genuinely changed my life. I was never a morning person and definitely not a gym 6AM kinda person! And that's the TFP effect. The classes become routine and a hobby that you couldn't live without. You make friends for life and build a healthy routine and be surrounded by people that are cheering you on. Fawn isn't just a gym owner she genuinely cares about every single member and no matter what your goal is and what your "why" is for joining in the first place she is there to support you every step f the way. Proud to be part of it."
